Numerous distributors are likewise unable to provide technical support after an initial sale has been made. IPSYSTEMS aims to go outside and beyond the usual state of affairs by committing to two basic distributor responsibilies -- dependable technical support and provision of lead referrals.
This is seen primarily in the company's consistency of providing superior and dependable pre and post-sale technical support and assistance for its partners, to ensure that they too are able to provide the same for their own clients. Additionally, the company follows strict policies of leads assignment and referrals, coursing all leads through its channels -- the foundation on which mutually-beneficial and lasting partner relationships are formed.
